The Scale Fusion Solution
The Scale Fusion system consists of two separate software programs. The first, Scale Fusion, runs on a PC and is integrated with the machinery on your packaging line. Data Manager is the second part of our solution, the supporting back-end program. Maintain everything from product specifications to orders, customers, pricing, and more.

Lot Tracker manages the Raw Material Inventory and can track on hand quantities by lot for each raw material. It manages the lot numbers for production lots and tracks raw material usage into each production lot. It ties the usage of raw materials into the production lots for tracability.
